About the booster club
We are a non-profit organization made up of family members of current and former Assabet student-athletes. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of the month, at 6:30pm and usually last 60-90 minutes. An agenda is provided prior to each monthly meeting.
We currently meet in room E130 located outside of the Assabet After Dark program. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings.
In the past, the Athletic Director has regularly attended the meetings, providing updates and insights. Meetings are not the platform to voice personal situations with the Athletic Director as that should be done at an arranged meeting instead.

FAQ
FAQ
What’s the purpose of a Booster Club?
The purpose of the Boosters is to raise funds to help support ALL of the sports teams within our school.
How does the Booster Club raise money?
Currently, we run concessions at all Varsity home Football games as well as the Boy's Varsity Basketball games. We hold Spirit Wear Pop-Up sales and host fundraisers throughout the school year.
Where does the money raised go?
The Booster Club provides funding to allow recipients to participate in athletics and to the athletic department to supplement the athletic school budget for sporting equipment needs. Through the club's fundraising activities, we have offered annual senior athletes plaques and senior student athlete financial awards, both upon meeting set requirements. The club has also offered the school gifts of new uniforms, new helmets, and other athletic equipment needed.
How can you get involved?
First, sign up for our email list so we can contact you with reminders of our upcoming meetings & fundraisers as well as reach out when we are looking for volunteers.
Second, attend our monthly meetings (2nd Tue of each month at 6:30 pm)!
Each month we’ll review the previous month’s happenings, then discuss all the up and coming events as well as look for input of new & exciting ideas to implement.
The more parents we can have get involved by getting on the email list, attending the meetings and/or volunteering to help out at events, the more $$ we’ll be able to raise and give to our athletic programs.
