Health & Wellness
The Physical Education Department seeks to promote a sense of self-awareness and well-being in all of our students. Our health education program will provide students with the information needed to make informed decisions regarding their health as well as any necessary, associated preventative measures.
Through our physical education program, we will provide students with the opportunity to develop life-long skills and techniques in various physical activities while giving them an understanding of the value of fair play and sportsmanship.
The goal of this integrated department is to develop a sound mind in a sound body, which will help each of our students meet the everyday challenges of the mental, emotional, social and physical aspects of health.
